The Motion of the Ocean!
My most recent video for TED Education! Have a look, and share it with your friends!
How are you today?
I’m having a nice day so far! I finished this cool job with TED Education last week! It was a whole bunch of fun, I got to draw aliens abusing a poor fisherman.
You can watch the video right HERE!
I’ve been busy busy working on this video since the completion of Tin Canyon at the end of January. But this week, I’m taking it a little easier, not working so hard, and making some great progress in GTA 5. (Yes I play video games from time to time when I have a free moment.)
Reblog to save the fisherman… or reblog if you want to give the alien new technology to abduct even more fisherman!
Much love an appreciation always for you.
Check out this fun little video I made!
Reblog it to give him some more music time in the afterlife!
I made a little music video just for fun! Tin Canyon took so much out of me, and I worked on it so hard for so long that I just needed to something silly and enjoyable to balance all of that out.
I did this in my free time over the past month.
I put my process here cause I thought some of you folks would be interested.
1. started with a really really rough sketch
2. refined that sketch!
3. traced over the sketch in illustrator
4. brought it into photoshop and added some nice textures
5. did color correction, added a background, some fog effects, and an old Betty Boop cartoon
Share it with your friendly friends and people you like!
Oh it’s close enough to Valentine’s Day.
Ham and Cat wish you the best of wonderful days.
We hope you are spending it with someone you love…or at least someone you like. Or at least someone who doesn’t completely piss you off…
Well, worst case; you have a really wonderful tub of ice cream, and the new season of House of Cards. (And that’s awesome, right?!)
Reblog for so many hugs.
(I’ll love you!)
But the real question is: Did the caveman see his shadow?

Yuliya and I went to a restaurant on the weekend where they had chalkboards in the washroom… How could I resist?
Reblog to make the wrinkly man stop looking at you.
This Saturday! HitRECord on TV Episode 2: The Other Side comes out! Check it out, a little Stay Away video might just be featured!

If you watch Tin Canyon you might just see these fellas kicking around…
So many people actually stayed and watched the whole thing!
If you haven’t seen the film yet, take a look!
Oh hi! How are you?
I’m a little late on posting all these photos! Life since the event has been a little nuts.
In case you didn’t get a chance to come out, or if you still haven’t seen the film, watch it here. If you’re a fan of bluegrass and a good story, I think you’ll enjoy it.
The photos above are of my room at the Gladstone Hotel’s Come Up To My Room 11. It was an exhilarating and exhausting week. I got to reconnect with many old friends, make a whole bunch of new ones, and let thousands of Toronto folk watch my newest and longest film to date.
A big big special thanks to Hector and Pazit at Together for producing the film, and to my lovely lovely, Yuliya for her support of the show every step of the way. And also to Duncan Armitage, who doesn’t have an online presence but does share the same name as that actor…And to my family! Mom and Dad who helped make the show happen!
And of course you guys for always giving me loving internet hugs. I love you fellas too.
More photos to come.
So much love,
(Photocred: Katherine Holland at CBC and Yuliya Tsoy.)
Here it is! Tin Canyon is finally finished and here for your viewing pleasure.
A big special thanks to Pazit and Hector at Together for producing this film.
I hope you enjoy watching this little film as much as I enjoyed creating it.
Tin Canyon debuts tonight at the Gladstone Hotel 6pm-8pm!
Come see it!
Things are moving along! Got the vinyl lettering and the logo up on the wall yesterday, and the display and TV are up too! (thanks to the help of Dunc and Alex!)
Things are pretty much ready to go! Just gotta dust the TV.
If you’re in Toronto, come to the Gladstone Hotel for Come Up To My Room opening tomorrow evening, until Sunday!
