Hello Internet.
I often hear this phrase: Hello Internet.
I don’t feel it’s entirely suiting.
You’re not really the Internet. You’re an individual.
In fact, you’re the one reading things on the Internet.
Reading me on the Internet.
You may be accessing the Internet.
Receiving information from the Internet.
Watching a stolen film, or listening to stolen music on the Internet.
But YOU are not IT.
By saying the phrase “Hello Internet” it is almost like the person saying it, is trying to portray that THEY are not part of the Internet, but their viewers ARE.
If anything, it’s the complete opposite.
So, hello you. You beautiful you. You wonderful individual. You amazing person, capable of countless things. It’s me, the boy on the Internet, wishing you a happy day.
Or perhaps it’s just a matter of perspective. Everyone views the world through their eyes.

And so my vacation comes to an end. This seems like a suiting image for that. Though at the time I’m writing this my vacation hasn’t even started yet! That’s pretty neat.
This image too is quite old, it was taken at a giant sand dune near my cottage. Great fun. I always liked the sense of scale in this image.
I think this is pretty much it for my sculpture work, now you’re basically caught up to date and I’ll be updating with new and exciting stuff fairly soon.
If you wanna see the guy who snapped these photos, head over to Ian Bethune’s photo blog! The place where all the fun happys.
Hope you had a fun week lookin’ at my old work! I know I had a fun week not doin’ nuttin’! See ya soon, send me a message if you want to be all cool and stuff.
